1. Nature and Process of Body Piercing

Body piercing involves puncturing a specific area of the skin or cartilage to insert a piece of jewelry. 10. Right to Refuse Service

The client has the right to stop the session at any time. The piercer has the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, or whose anatomy is not suitable for the requested placement. If stopped early, the client is responsible for paying for the sterile materials opened.

11. Client Understanding and Questions

I confirm that I have read this document and understand the piercing process, the risk of infection and scarring, the requirement to downsize, and the aftercare rules. My questions have been answered.
